SLICK LEAGUES INC. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy was last updated on October 14, 2026. Slick Leagues Inc. (“Slick Leagues,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated provisions will become effective immediately upon posting. Please check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
1. PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE & INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Slick Leagues Inc. provides a multi-organization digital sports management platform and software services utilized by independent third-party athletic clubs, leagues, tournament directors, schools, and sports associations (collectively, “Customer Organizations” or “League Operators”).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Software Platform Provider: Slick Leagues Inc. provides the software infrastructure, hosts league websites, delivers schedules, facilitates team communications, processes payments, and maintains sports leaderboards.
• Independent League Operators: When you register for an event, tournament, or team, you submit registration information directly to that Customer Organization. Customer Organizations establish their own registration requirements, fees, division rules, and local policies. Slick Leagues Inc. is not responsible for the independent data practices, offline handling, or policies of Customer Organizations.
Unified Platform Accounts & Network Offerings: Creating an account on Slick Leagues establishes a platform-level user account. This enables athletes, parents, and coaches to manage schedules, track player stats, and register across multiple participating Customer Organizations. Slick Leagues Inc. may use this cross-platform relationship to notify users of complementary athletic offerings, off-season leagues, and tournaments hosted within our network.
2. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information directly from users, parents/legal guardians, athletes, coaches, and league officials:
• Contact & Profile Details: Names, residential addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, account login credentials, player birth dates, age divisions, jersey numbers, and team rosters.
• Safety & Health Information: Emergency contacts, authorized pickup contacts, relevant medical conditions, allergy alerts, physician contacts, and signed concussion/liability waivers necessary to safeguard participants during sporting events.
• Athletic Statistics & Performance Metrics: Box scores, match statistics, player standings, leaderboards, athlete profiles, combine metrics, and competitive rankings.
• Media & Game Footage: Photographs, livestreams, recorded game footage, and tournament highlight clips captured during sanctioned events.

When you access our platform via mobile devices or web applications, we may request access to:
• Location Services: With your permission, we access precise or approximate device location to provide interactive field maps, driving directions to game facilities, and weather advisories.
• Camera & Photo Gallery: Access is used strictly to upload player profile photos, document roster verification, or submit scoresheet images.
• Push Notifications: With your consent, we send device push notifications for game delays, weather cancellations, and score alerts.

5. ROSTER VISIBILITY, TEAM MESSAGING & PARTICIPANT SAFETY
• Roster Access: Assigned coaches, team managers, and verified teammates may view player names, jersey numbers, and team schedules within their designated team portals.
• Public League Data: Standings, game scores, player stats, and public team rosters may be displayed publicly on our web portals.
• Message Monitoring & Safety: To ensure compliance with youth sports protection policies (including the federal SafeSport Act), league administrators and Slick Leagues staff reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate team chat boards, private messages, and platform communications to prevent harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct.
• Medical Data Protections: Emergency and medical details are restricted solely to authorized league personnel and certified team coaches, and are never made public.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RIGHTS
Athletic competitions hosted on the Slick Leagues platform take place in public or semi-public venues. By participating, athletes, coaches, and attendees acknowledge that games may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed by Slick Leagues, Customer Organizations, or authorized media partners.
Slick Leagues reserves the right to display game footage, tournament photos, and highlight videos across its digital platforms, applications, and promotional materials. Parents and guardians may request the review or removal of non-broadcast promotional photographs by emailing info@slickleagues.com.
7. PARTNER LEAGUES, OFF-SEASON PROGRAMS & SCOUTING SERVICES
To foster athlete development and year-round playing opportunities:
• Off-Season & Complementary Programs: Slick Leagues Inc. may share non-mobile contact lists (such as adult participant or parent/guardian names, email addresses, sport category, and age division) with trusted athletic affiliates, sanctioned off-season leagues, skills camps, and tournament operators.
• Scouting & Recruiting Networks: We may share player athletic profiles, performance metrics, and game footage with verified college coaches, scouts, and recruiting networks.

9. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Strict Protection of Mobile Information: Regardless of any other provision in this Privacy Policy, no mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent records will be sold, rented, leased, shared, or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, partner leagues, recruiters, or commercial sponsors for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. All sharing provisions described throughout this policy strictly exclude mobile messaging originator opt-in data and originating phone numbers.
Slick Leagues Inc. limits the disclosure of other non-mobile personal and athletic data to:
• Partner Leagues & Sports Affiliates: As outlined in Section 7.
• Scouts & College Recruiters: As outlined in Section 7.
• Technical & Operational Service Providers: Trusted software, cloud hosting, database, and payment processing vendors bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
• Legal Compliance & Protection: In response to valid legal requests, subpoenas, court orders, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, enforce platform terms, or protect the health and physical safety of participants.
• Corporate Reorganization: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of corporate assets. Text messaging opt-in data and SMS consent records remain non-transferable for third-party marketing.
10. CHILDREN & YOUTH ATHLETES (COPPA & MINOR PRIVACY)
Our platform services youth sports organizations. Player registrations and profiles for athletes under the age of 13 must be created and authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal contact details directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Minors Aged 13 to 15: Slick Leagues Inc. does not sell or share the personal contact information of participants between the ages of 13 and 15 with third-party off-season leagues or marketing affiliates without affirmative, opt-in consent from the participant or their legal guardian.
Parents and legal guardians may review, update, or request the deletion of their child’s registration data at any time by contacting our privacy coordinator.
11. DATA RETENTION & HISTORICAL SPORTS RECORDS
We retain personal information for the period necessary to deliver our services, resolve disputes, and maintain operational accounts.
Archival Sports Records: Because historical sports statistics, game scores, tournament brackets, and team awards form a permanent public sports record, athletic performance metrics and match records are retained indefinitely as part of the Slick Leagues historical archives, even after account closure.
Personal Data Deletion: Personal contact information, payment logs, and user credentials will be deleted, de-identified, or archived in accordance with applicable statutory requirements upon verified account closure or deletion requests.
12. DATA SECURITY
Slick Leagues Inc. deploys industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and restricted database access protocols, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no data transmission across the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
13. YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (“DO NOT SELL OR SHARE”)
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
• Request access to the specific categories and pieces of personal data we have collected.
• Request the correction or complete deletion of your personal data.
• Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Data: Under certain state privacy laws, sharing non-mobile contact lists (such as email addresses) with third-party off-season leagues or commercial partners may be defined as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. • Exercise your privacy rights free from discrimination or service penalties.
